Tinkerer Borg is a AgeTech start-up, with three focus areas:
B2C: Interfaces with aging clients (65+ years of age) who desire to extend their at-home independence through commercially available Age Technologies and Smart Home consumer technologies. Our current clients exceed 80 years of age and are living unassisted. Tinkerer Borg has converted their respective homes with consumer Smart Home technologies, consumer mobility technologies, and consumer visually impaired assistive technologies (blogs for two of these clients are located on tinkerer-borg.com).
Investments: Tinkerer Borg seeks to invest in new consumer technologies that are considered Age Technologies. The Tinkerer Borg team is extremely interested in attending AARP’s AgeTech Collaborative (ATC) for investment opportunities and to bring additional technologies to Tinkerer Borg clients, who we consider early adopters and beta testers.
We are currently invested in two AgeTech startups: Our Nightingale (ournightingale.com) and MISSOC (MISSOC.ai), and are looking for other portfolio companies
Due Diligence Consulting: Some of our clients are the parents of an ultra-high-net-worth individuals who are looking to invest, alongside Tinkerer Borg, in Age Technology.
