The estate is situated on 10 acres of land, with an additional 6-acre field for your use, flower and produce gardens, and 900 feet of waterfrontage. The 1400-square foot cottage offers all the amenities you and your guests could desire. With four bedrooms, including a king bed, two queen beds, bunk beds, a pull-out couch, and loungers with linens, it comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Satellite Wi-Fi ensures reliable remote work capabilities, and you can stream media on the 100-inch projector and screen. The south-facing windows create beautiful natural light throughout the day. Relax with a book by the fireplace or unwind in the hot tub for the ultimate relaxation experience. Some of Atlantic Canada's most beautiful and secluded beaches are just a short drive away. Explore Kouchibouguac National Park for activities the whole family can enjoy and discover the local Acadian culture at Pays de la Sagouine park and the world-renowned Akadi Lumina experience, both within a 20-minute drive.
