In 2006, three dreamers set out to build a restaurant in the middle of a beloved River Oaks nursery in Houston. They named it Tiny Boxwoods, after the little potted trees that can always be found throughout the Thompson + Hanson nursery. The restaurant opened in 2007.
Fast forward to the present, Tiny Boxwoods Productions has several restaurants, along with our Tinys Milk & Cookies concept (a walk-up bakery, ice cream, and coffee shop). Milk & Cookies is anchored by our lineup of pastries made from-scratch, our chocolate chip cookie, and our coffee, ice cream, and bread programs.
We've expanded our operations across Houston and Austin, while continuing to innovate our production with the creation of our Home Bakery in Bellaire, TX. We are also extremely proud to have grown our production to include our farming operations in La Grange, TX. Tiny Boxwoods Productions continues to set the standard that quality needs to be at the heart of everything a good company is doing.
