Tiponi Overview

Tiponi A/S er en koncern bestående af flere selskaber, som hver især tilbyder sociale indsatser inden for hhv. beskæftigelsesområdet, børne-familie området, botilbud og bosted. I år 2017 lancerede Helle Achilles og Younes Dahdouh 𝗧𝗶𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗶, som blev sat i verden for at tilbyde kommuner beskæftigelsesrettede forløb for særligt udadreagerende borgere. I takt med at Tiponi voksede, blev 𝗧𝗶𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗶 𝗕𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗯𝘂𝗱 godkendt af Socialtilsynet i 2018, hvilket blev til for at tilbyde et botilbud, der kunne rumme udadreagerende borgere i selvstændige boliger. I år 2019 begyndte vi at arbejde inden for børne-familieområdet og 𝗧𝗶𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗶 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲 så dagens lys. I 2024 oprettede vi 𝗧𝗶𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗶 𝗕𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱, som ligger i naturskønne omgivelser i Hvalsø og tilbyder otte §107 pladser, og vi fik bundet sløjfen om vores indsatser, så vi i dag kan tilbyde: En bred vifte af sociale indsatser gennem et tæt samarbejde med kommuner og en lang række engagerede virksomheder. Vi arbejder tværfagligt og helhedsorienteret med alle aspekter af borgerens vanskeligheder og barrierer, da vores erfaring er, at dét skaber varige positive forandringer. Vi er i stand til at arbejde tværfagligt, fordi vi har specialister med relevante fagligheder ansat på tværs af koncernen og vi gør os umage med vidensdeling og -sparring. Tiponierne er præget af stor diversitet, både hvad angår faglig baggrund, erfaringsgrundlag og i forhold til køn og kulturarv, hvilket muliggør, at vi i alle indsatser kan matche borgers behov.
