The Tisa Kish Company, as a subsidiary of the International Building Development and Ghadir Investment Holding Company, is actively engaged in investing in various types of residential, commercial, tourist, sports, recreational, and other facilities on Kish Island. Currently, the company is constructing a project with a total area of 260,000 square meters. This includes the 'Roya Kish' residential project with 817 residential units covering an area of 140,000 square meters, the 'Tisa City' residential project with 377 residential units covering an area of 55,000 square meters, and the Tisa commercial and recreational complex with 290 commercial units covering an area of 65,000 square meters.
