Tisya is a complete wellness platform. At Tisya, we believe that ancient teachings that have survived millennia hold the key to addressing the problems we face today - be it individual or collective. Our goal is to synthesize the wisdom contained in ancient Vedic texts of the Indian subcontinent that are more than 5,000 years old and make it available to you. This wisdom is so deep and comprehensive that it alleviates the need of separating the body from the mind, the mind from the spirit, and the spirit from the environment. With Tisya, you can talk to a single wellness coach to discuss all your concerns, whether they be physical, mental, spiritual, family, or community-related, and get the support you need. Your wellness coach will recommend the right wellness practices for you and work with specialized mentors as necessary to bring you the guidance you need. We also offer courses, programs, and circles to strengthen your healing journey by infusing it with the power of the collective. And we do all this while keeping the health and sustainability of our planet in mind.
