Titanium Capital Group is the group dba for a variety of limited liability companies, principally Titanium Alternative Investments, LLC, established by Charles Schwartz. Schwartz, a highly-regarded pioneer in the derivatives and structured products, established Titanium Capital in 2003. Titanium Capital's activities focus on "complex investment banking," the sourcing, structuring, arrangement, and execution of special situation alternative investment transactions. Titanium Capital is engaged by unique and high-quality -- yet complex -- businesses that require significant financing that is unachievable in the standard public or private capital markets. Subject to significant due diligence, Titanium Capital structures the transaction or joint venture with any of its portfolio of multi-billion dollar smart money institutional investors. Titanium Capital maintains a significant presence in the UK market as well as a long-term expertise in the mass consumer litigation funding and financial claims market. Such transactions have the potential to provide hedge fund and private credit investors with returns of 12%-20%, supported by insurance, by funding the required disbursements in litigation and financial claims cases, win or lose. Transactions that are deemed "securities transactions" under US regulatory and securities guidelines are executed by Schwartz' registered broker-dealer, Stonehaven, LLC. Only those transactions that are not deemed "securities transactions" are executed by Titanium Capital.
