1. We do Remelt outsider processor use Titanium Sponge Level 0 and Level 1
All our titanium ingot is 3 times remelt via VAR (Consumable Electrode Vacuum Furnace) to make sure the ingot good to make the specification such as ASTM F67 / ASTM F136 / AMS 4928
2.Also the billets forge we do at subcontract factory, they have 4500ton and 8000ton full hydraulic rail forging manipulator and Radial Forging Machine to make sure the billets Tensile Testing be good
3.For Rolling also we do it at subcontract factory
4. Our inhouse manufacturer mainly do the procedure to make the product size accurately meet customer’s requirements
1)Sawing: We have 2 sawing machines to cut the titanium ingot, billets, bars etc.
2)Peeling: We have 4 centerless lathe machine use for peeling the titanium bars diameter from 8mm to 100mm
3)Anneal & Straightening: We have 1 set 4 meter Anneal Furnace with 30 & 60 Model 10 rolling straightening machine use for annealing and straightening the titanium bars diameter from 7mm to 60mm
4)Grinding: We have 10 sets centerless grinding machine it can make sure the titanium bars diameter tolerance minimum reach 0.003mm
5)Cut Specified Length & Treatment the End Face: We have 4 sets Lathe Machine
6)Polishing: We have 1set Water Jet Polishing Machine and 3 sets Belt Sander Polishing Machine
7)Inspection: Stamp as customer inquiry
8)Packing: Export Wood Carton
