Titles Queensland

Titles Queensland manages the land and water titles registry for Queensland. Our services are fundamental to investment in our state, safeguarding records for ultimate peace of mind for property owners and interest holders. In June 2021, the Queensland Government announced the state’s titles registry services would transfer to the Queensland Future Fund, enabled by the Queensland Future Fund (Titles Registry) Act 2021. Titles Queensland continues to offer the same products and services to our many customers and stakeholders as before and maintains a firm commitment to service and accuracy. Titles Queensland acknowledges the traditional owners of the land in which we operate at our five locations across the state.
