TITO

TITO is an IoT and Big Data project created by the company Prodyminds. TITO FOR RESTAURANTS The company supplies bars and restaurants with small robots (TITOs) placed over the venue's tables. The robots are used to monitor the quality of the food and service each venue provide to their customers, and serves as an analytic tool through which they can obtain valuable information regarding their customers, waiters, food, and other KPI. TITO FOR BRANDS The company use bars and restaurants only as strategic partners, as their actual customers are brands looking to advertise themselves into gastronomy niches or segmented audiences. These brands reach customers by placing an ad on TITO's head, which is on plane sight over each venue's table, and though TITO's mobile app. Brands also receive an analytic dashboard through which they can monitor their audience, impressions, clicks, receive metrics and data regarding their potential customers and how they perceive the product they're selling.
