TJI was the first independent and is the largest professional automotive design engineering company in China today. TJI was founded in 1999. TJI has gained experience in international technology exchange and cooperation, At TJI we provide high quality product design engineering and IT services for the automotive industry. ISO9000 quality certification was granted in 2002. Our founder team originated from the Auto Technology Institute affiliated with the Ha’er bin Industry University. It has more than 20 years’ automotive design engineering experience. TJI has accumulated the database of more than 200 vehicles, including design engineering experience and database of 100 vehicles and BENCHMARK database of 100 competition vehicles. TJI has set up whole 35,000 items of detailed design flows and 22,000 items of refined design flows based on 2,600 main flows, summed up over 30,000 items of world famous design engineering technical standards. At present, TJI has 5 subsidiary companies. With over 80 customers, including FAW, DongFeng Auto Group, SAIC,SGM, South East-Mitsubishi, Haima Auto, JiangHuai Auto, The Great Wall Auto and HuaTai Auto and so on, domestic main vehicle companies. According to statistics, in 2007 the sales volume of passenger vehicles designed by TJI or TJI participated in design have reached 545,604, which is about 10% among domestic passenger vehicle market, and 30% in independent-brands market.
