The Journey School of Visual Performing Arts

TJSVPA is a start-up nonprofit conservatory in Atlanta, founded June 2017. We provide conservatory visual performing arts education for Atlanta youth, with an emphasis on underserved students and lower income households. We believe an arts education positively impacts emotional, mental, and social health. We believe that opportunity shouldn't solely be available to those who can afford it. Our mission is to inspire, motivate, and transform underserved youth through comprehensive, competitive arts education. With Music, Dance, Art + Design, Theatre, and Film we believe we can empower the next generation to discover the best version of themselves. Our vision is to bridge the gap between circumstance and opportunity within the fine arts community, impacting the world as we transform its youth; one class at a time.
