Over the last decade of my career, I've been fortunate to build and lead teams at some of the top technology companies in the world. From my early days in enterprise sales at Google and Dropbox, to my journey at Uber Eats leading an SMB sales organization of 100+ sellers, to my recent experiences as VP of Sales at Toast, Snackpass, and as co-founder at Blue Truck, I have developed a unique perspective on what works and doesn't work when it comes to leading and scaling GTM teams. In July of 2021, I started TK Growth Advisory to begin sharing this knowledge and perspective with up-and-coming sales leaders. My most popular program to date is my VP of Sales Leadership Accelerator, a 12-week 1:1 engagement that covers six strategic modules (e.g. Sales OS, Performance Management, etc) and provides flex coaching time to talk through what's is top of mind. I pride myself on being extremely thorough and collaborative with my clients, providing the right balance of encouragement and direct feedback/accountability, and doing whatever it takes to ensure my clients succeed.
