TKBA International was founded as a corporate governance and internal control consulting firm, focusing on the forestry and sawmilling industry, and have also performed consulting work inter alia for the transport, construction, agricultural, and banking industries. The services provided to them included internal auditing, risk management, forensic investigations, and corporate governance assurance services. We support the principles of the King IV Code of Corporate Governance which is principle- and outcomes-based rather than rules-based. King IV promotes ethical leadership, attitude, mind-set and behaviour, which should result in sustainable business, and also that of a responsible corporate citizen.
