About TKC, The Korean Channel
Established in March 1986, TKC (The Korean Channel) is the first Korean-American cable television station in the United States. TKC is broadcasted on the East Coast on Charter Communications (Spectrum TV), Altice USA (Optimum) and DIRECTV with original programming, local/national/international news, and Korea’s most popular dramas, sports events, and more. Our award winning “TKC News Desk” covers all local events that are relevant to the Korean American community. TKC also produces informational programs on topics of business, religion, health, entertainment, and technology. Currently, TKC reaches more than 3 million households through major US cable service providers.
