The Kindness of Strangers

Very often, the hardest part of changing the world is funding it - and we passionately believe this shouldn't be the case. During his many years working in the voluntary sector, Mathew became increasingly convinced that small charities are vitally important to the way society works. Together, they make an almost incalculable difference in the world but receive very little support, and often miss out on funding opportunities to bigger charities who can spend more and hire bigger teams. So, he founded The Kindness of Strangers to level the playing field and give small charities the same expertise and technology as large charities - but for a tiny price. Our vision is to create a place where the most important thing you can have is passion for your cause, rather than a huge budget or big team.
