Origin & Ideation
The Teaching Learning Community (TLC) was founded in 2005 in Nashik, Maharashtra, by Rajendra Bagwe, an industrialist and transformational learning advocate. It emerged as a response to the stagnation, isolation, and operational challenges faced by small and mid-sized entrepreneurs. The idea was simple yet powerful: peer entrepreneurs can learn, grow, and transform faster by learning from each other’s real-life stories.
