Timor-Leste Food Innovators Exchange (TLFIX)

Timor-Leste Food and Nutrition Innovators Exchange (TLFIX) uses storytelling techniques to bring attention to past and present food ingredients, preparations, techniques, tools, and presentations. The goal is to create opportunities that support local livelihoods, food-centered health and wellness, national culinary pride, and long-term agricultural resilience. TLFIX is funded by the innovationXchange program (in partnership with LAUNCH Food, Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and USAID). The project is the brainchild of Agora Food Studio in partnership with the Timor-Leste President's Nutrition Awards Programme.
