Transformative Learning Initiatives

The founders, staff and associates of Transformative Learning Initiatives (TLI) have come together from a diverse and experience-rich background. University professors, business executives, educators, entrepreneurs, and researchers are just some of the career titles you’ll find in our organization. This eclectic mix of talent has resulted in an ongoing collaboration that integrates academic rigor with best practices from the worlds of education and business. The output is the ever-evolving Education-to-Business Networking© program. The tools, methodologies, and approaches in this program are modeled after the business world concepts of Strategic Account Management, a process at the organizational level that focuses on building and sustaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships between a company and its key customers. These processes and concepts are adapted for use by education and CTE practitioners.
