Established in 1999, originally set out to provide quality retail as well as carry-in and on-site technical support locally, the company soon expanded, adding three branches and quickly established itself as a trusted IT authority for local businesses. The company evolved, driven by the needs of its customers as well as IT trends and solutions worldwide and eventually shifted focus away from retail, towards Information Technology as a Service. In 2002, it consolidated and re-branded itself as a Premier IT support and Consultancy firm. Armed with the background and experience gained through the years of working with businesses from various industries, the company was able to reach beyond the barriers of the traditional IT organisation – now able to provide Premier Support and consult customers and organisations across the internet, virtually anywhere.
