We are a little bit more than a timber frame consultancy firm, and a little bit less than a full package supply & install timber frame company. We are trying to reach people that are perhaps a little bit more hands on with the management of their project but that perhaps are confident splitting their package up with various suppliers. We allow this, howvever where we differ is we handle the full Design & Engineering of your structural requirement and split the project up into bite size chunks for you, whilst putting the components out to tender to both our recommended supplier, your preferred supplier and perhaps a third more local supplier. Ensuring that you are getting your project at the most competitive rate but do however have a single point of contact for all design responsibility, specifications & engineering. We offer a fixed price quotation for the design, engineering & procurement service, and also offer an estimate for all of the varying elements based on our experience within this industry. If we are then able to offer a saving on this estimate, this is passed directly to you as our client. We provide a handy guide and lead times for each element so you can work back from the site delivery date and place orders with suppliers directly. This spreads your cost risks over multiple supply companies and offers more bite size payment terms than you would achieve with a single timber frame company offering the full package.
