Lawyer for more than 9 years, he has worked in leading French and international law firms and has developed a well known expertise in economic law.
In 2018 Tarek decides to set-up his own law firm.
To represent his clients’ interests in the best way, he has decided to focus on economic law (competition, merger, restrictive practices, distribution, consumer law).
This strategic choice, combined with a thorough knowledge of his clients’ activity, allows on one hand business oriented, tailor-made solutions with the same level of excellence as big law firm and on the other hand greater flexibility and costs control.
Tarek provides advisory and litigation services at both national and European levels to undertakings (agri business, media, telecom, energy, pharma etc.) and regulators.
In order to meet his clients’ needs, Tarek can rely on a network of independent legal experts (e.g. labour law, corporate law). Tarek also has a network of foreign correspondents that ensures protection of his clients’ interests at international level, in particular with respect to merger law.
He provides his services in French and English.
He is also a visiting lecturer at Caen University’s Competition and distribution LLM and Implantation des Entreprises à l’Etranger M2 since 2015.
Tarek holds a DESS in European business law from Paris XI University (2003) and a LL.M in European law from King’s College London (2005).
