TM Thrive is designed to empower leaders and their teams to take a systemic approach to workplace psychological safety. Leaders and their teams have ongoing access to a series of solutions that includes interactive training modules, tools, resources, and activities that are relevant to their workplace psychological safety risk profile. All content on the platform is evidence-based and aligned with a systemic approach to workplace psychological safety and mental health. Tailored activities are focussed on the areas that are 'within direct control' of leaders and their teams and designed to be directly applicable into the work setting to facilitate integration with 'bau' and drive an ongoing maturity journey as well as organisational sustainability. Access to organisational specific mental health and wellbeing supports and resources through the platform.
