The Millennial Black Professor® (The MBP), owned by Dr. Latasha Eley Kelly, leverages storytelling and narrative wellbeing strategies to combat impostor syndrome, stereotype threat, and support “working within wellness.” The MBP extends expertise to individuals and organizations through one-one-one and group coaching, consulting, workshop facilitation, and speaking engagements that promote holistic wellbeing.
A recent recipient of the Wichita Foundation's Info Challenge Grant, The MBP launched TMBP Media as an innovative digital platform to amplify marginalized voices through ethical journalism. TMBP furthers the organization’s mission to “amplify representation, cultivate perspective, and empower community” through services tailored to empower underrepresented entrepreneurs, students, and professionals.
More than just a business and newsroom, The MBP and TMBP Media are a movement dedicated to increasing cross-community cultural competence and supporting current and future generations in being their best selves by identifying, prioritizing, and working strategically toward their goals.
