Ltd. (TMEIC India), a 100% owned subsidiary of TMEIC Japan, has its corporate office in Bengaluru and manufacturing facilities in Tumakuru, Karnataka, for design, engineering, manufacturing and testing of PV inverters, variable frequency drives, electric motors and large UPS systems. TMEIC India produces large capacity ground mount central inverters with single unit upto 2,550 kW capacity in its state of the art manufacturing facility in Tumakuru near Bengaluru. This plant is capable of shipping upto 4GW of Inverters / year / shift, not only to Indian sites, but also to the global customers in Japan & USA. TMEIC also produces MV VFD systems upto 15,000 kW capacity, Large UPS systems upto 1,800 KW capacity and Induction Motors of upto 20,000 kW capacity in India. TMEIC’s green factory in Tumkuru has achieved Carbon & Water neutrality through Rain water harvesting, zero discharge, natural air ventilators & lighting and in-house solar power generation of 1,000 kWp.
