This critical need is for consultants who can navigate the waterfront in NY to affect, plan, strategize, execute, and improve how problems are solved for owners, contractors, and regulatory agencies alike. There is already a shortage of experienced waterfront planning consultants, and even fewer with a DBE status (SDVOB, WBE, WBE) that can support NYC.
