Abhishek Malhotra, the Founding Partner of the firm, graduated from National Law School India University, Bangalore. He went onto earn an LLM degree from the Franklin Pierce School of Law, USA and was admitted to the Bar in the State of California. Since then, he has gathered nearly two decades of experience in India, practicing as an Advocate, with strong expertise in Intellectual Property Laws, Media & Entertainment matters, as well as Competition Law Disputes.
