The TN Apex Skill Development Centre for Automobile (known as TN AutoSkills) is a joint venture between Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation (TNSDC), a non-profit public limited Tamil Nadu state government entity and Automotive Skill Development Council (ASDC), Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM), Automotive Component Manufacturers Association (ACMA) and Federation of Automobile Dealers Association (FADA) and Government of India represented by Department of Heavy Industry and National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) - to impart high-end skills training in the automotive sector, to provide high technology demand driven skill development courses, in order to develop a pool of highly skilled automotive work force.
