Toa Consulting Inc. (www.advantagetoa.com) is a BC-based consulting firm founded in 2011, specializing in the sport, tourism, and not-for-profit sectors. Our purpose as an organization is to affect deep community impact and to be catalysts for positive change for future generations. We seek to create a shared space for co-design, collaboration, and inclusion with our clients, their communities, and their stakeholders, while supporting the rights and interests of Indigenous communities. We commit to bringing authenticity, respect, integrity, rigor, humility, objectivity, credibility, and diverse perspectives to all our work. Our team consists of both core staff and a network of specialized talent from across Canada to bring the best possible skill set to our clients. We are a small, but experienced team, particularly in the areas of governance and policy; business / industry strategy and strategic planning; operational excellence; reconciliation, equity, diversity and inclusion; accessibility; monitoring and evaluation; and community development and capacity building. Toa Consulting is based in British Columbia, Canada but services clients across Canada and around the World.
