The Old Bank Wellbeing Trust is a registered charity (no. 1201806) committed to making high-quality mental health services accessible to everyone. Based in Hampden Park, Eastbourne, we provide a range of therapeutic services, including in-person and online counselling and psychotherapy. Alongside individual therapy, we offer group sessions and professional services such as Reflective Practice Supervision and training in Mental Health First Aid.
Our core mission is to remove the barriers to accessing mental health support, achieved through our bursary fund, which subsidises therapy for those most in need. We are passionate about fostering lasting change in our community, challenging the stigma around mental health, and offering expert care that promotes resilience, emotional wellbeing, and brighter futures for individuals and families.
