TPL is a premier Personal training project that focuses on hyper-individualised body transformation and Corporate wellness programs intended to promote and encourage a comprehensive approach to employee health by fostering a health-conscious corporate culture. Each solution we present comes from analysing each client’s physiology and psychology. We pattern an approach that takes you from unhappy, out of shape, and weak to feeling exhilarated, excited about life, and extremely strong both physically and mentally.
