Together First CIC is the GP Federation owned by all local NHS practices, serving 250,000+ residents. Since 2014, we've delivered inclusive, community-based NHS services that tackle inequalities, ease pressure on hospitals, and help people stay well at home.
We deliver over 100,000 appointments annually for local GPs, PCNs, NHS 111, BHRUT, and PELC. Services include diagnostics, wound care, immunisations, case finding, respiratory testing (Spirometry & FeNO), community surgery, long-term condition management, phlebotomy, and targeted outreach.
We also support primary care via PCN GP Health Inequality Leads, VTS trainees, and an Immunisation Co-ordinator. We lead borough-wide public health coordination (NEL ICB/LBBD), support diabetes care, facilitate forums, staff recruitment, CQC readiness, and keep PCNs aligned with national policy.
