We host workshops, meetups, talks and occasional dance parties — all to help you find your way through the muddle that is life and work. Things like: asking for what you deserve (in a way that helps you get it, finding meaning in your work, finding the motivation to actually do the work, handling conflict with grace, and trying to find a sense of work/life balance (as if work and life were two different things). We believe that the emotional side of tech — the inner work — is just as important as developing hard skills. That authentic connection and an inner sense of confidence are the missing links when it comes to taking your career, life and relationships from “okay” to “outstanding.” We want to make tech better for everyone — and in turn to make the world better, through tech.
