Centrum Together-Razem działa od listopada 2006 roku, jest organizacja typu non-profit. Centrum powstało z myślą o Polakach, którzy mieszkają w Cork lub hrabstwie Cork i którzy znaleźli się w trudnej sytuacji zawodowej, osobistej lub rodzinnej.
