Tokafala is an enterprise development program, which focuses on helping existing micro, small and medium enterprises in Botswana to grow their businesses. It is a collaboration between the Government of Botswana, Debswana, De Beers Group and Anglo American. Supported sectors include mining, manufacturing, textile, tourism and agro-processing
The program also supports Batswana youth through a dedicated youth development programme called Youth Development (YD). The program delivers a comprehensive model of support to youth (18-35) including personal effectiveness, professional effectiveness, entrepreneurship and personal finance management.
