Toki is a Japanese word used to express "the time when things happen" and also means opportunity. We are not even 1 year old, but we can say for sure that the opportunities we once desired are indeed happening for everyone in our network. We are a network of people willing to accept and shelter people and collaborate to grow collectively. Those pillars are the reasons for the success of our members. At Toki, we connect as human beings instead of simply professionals. We are a horizontal organization growing organically and anyone is welcome to join us. We operate on the paradigm of abundance so our principle is to distribute what we have in excess instead of trading it. We have projects that range from arts and music to software development and business management. They are organized under the hubs created by the founding members and you know more about the hubs soon. The thread connecting each hub and project is the desire to have a positive social impact, with emphasis on promoting economic growth for low-income people through education and empowering work relations.
