It all began in 2012 when we touched down in Tokyo in search of the perfect Japanese chef. There we discovered Chef Makoto, whose imperial style of freshly rolled, never-stored sushi was simply melt-in-the-mouth good and his wok dishes – to die for. With a little sweet talking, Chef Makoto agreed to join our band of super-passionate sushi lovers and the rest, as they say, is history. The TSK tribe is made up of seriously passionate people who believe in our products and embody the ethos of our brand. We now have 7 sites across Victoria, Australia. Across every location, you’ll find consistency in our service, attitude, and outright enthusiasm for fresh, fast Japanese food.
