About Tom's Talks

Hi, I'm Tom. I started delivering motivational talks focused on Mental Health & wellbeing in 2019 & have since delivered talks in many educational & private business settings. Sadly, I lost my brother to suicide in 2015 then shortly after had my my own battle with depression & suicidal thoughts. Thankfully, I came through the other side & I'm here now to share my story in the hope I can support others with their Mental Health journey.
