About TOMAS Erasmus Plus project - Training Opportunities for Migrants in the Agrifood Sector
"Training Opportunities for Migrants in the Agrifood Sector" (TOMAS) is an Erasmus+ project, funded by the European Commission, that aims to promote social inclusion and intercultural integration in the agrifood sector, by training and upskilling agrifood workers/stakeholders of different nationalities in a way that boosts their intercultural skills and capacity to work in multicultural environments. The project is coordinated by FAI CISL (Federazione Agricola Alimentare Ambientale Industriale Italiana), an Italian agrifood trade union, and involves 6 additional partner organizations from Greece, Romania, Lithuania, Italy, North Macedonia, Norway.
