TOMELA uses the best practices to produce wines based on endemic fruits of the Congolese Terroir, on the basis of recipes specific to our culture.
Currently, we produce fresh palm wines, wines made from avocado leaves, MBILA ESOBE (savannah plums from the BATEKE plateau) and PAKAPAKA (star fruit). We were able to work with some event organizers to offer our wines during cocktails, weddings, aperitifs or masterclasses; etc.
TOMELA aims to promote the consumption of local products, in particular through professional production of ancestral recipes.
