Tom'sTeam is all about lifelong learning. Started with the goal: learn students to learn in order to reduce stress and improve mental and physical health. Because between our 5th and 22nd year of life, we spend 13,000 hours at school, of which we get 0 hours of lessons about how to study. Result? Students use inefficient learning methods that do not lead to the intended results, which increases study pressure and stress.
I help students by teaching them efficient and effective learning methods that are scientifically proven.
It doesn't stop here! Students never learn HOW to learn and these students then go into the field. Here they are confronted with even more courses and training. They also have to master all this information in order to be able to apply it in practice. That is why I help companies to optimize the results of their traineeships or training courses by first teaching everyone HOW you learn. Result? The training and courses are better completed, information is better retained in the students' memory, making it easier for them to retrieve it when they encounter challenges in practice.
