TONGO Coconut Water was an alternative sports drink with the mission of converting people from traditional sports drinks to a healthier alternative. TONGO is 70% coconut water, blended with natural flavors and contains all 5 electrolytes, including more potassium than a banana per bottle. TONGO's secondary mission was to create a domestic supply of coconut water and coconut water products. As a first step, TONGO helped form the Hawaiian Coconut Growers Association www.hcga.org. By creating a local supply, we will be creating jobs for Americans and reducing the carbon footprint for coconut products consumed in the USA.
