Tonoli has been operating in the transport and logistics industry for over 60 years. The experience matured in the national territory has taken the Tonoli family to explore new opportunities and open to new markets, throughout the years a system of connections between Italy, Spain and Portugal was created. The company currently tracks 60,000 shipments each year in a professional and flexible way, tailored to the needs of specific clients. Morover, Tonoli invests in IT and specialized personnel able to succesfully respond to the constantly developing market in terms of quality and tracking of the goods. Tonoli is partner of the pallet network One Express, which guarantees fast deliveries in the European territory. Each year the circuit handles 2,39 million pallets, with 1,200 traveling vehicles per day and 357 terminals dislocated around Europe. As a result of the experience matured, the company has expanded its business to activities of integrated logistics, storage and deposit on behalf of a third party. Today the company disposes of a total surface of 60,000 m2 available for the storage of goods. Among the facilities supplied, cold storage rooms at controlled temperature and humidity and warehouses with drive-in shelving can be found. Tonoli enables the storage of several types of goods, spacing from automotive components to the F&B sector- including organic. It guarantees full traceability of products thanks to the use of a modern software for the warehouses management (WMS), integrated with authomatic means of internal handling. Among the various initiatives to reduce the impact on the environment, particular relevance can be given to the “Progetto 18”, concerning the use of gas vehicles and logistics facilities powered by renewable energies.
