After completing my Accounting Studies I did my articles with an auditors firm. Once completed I started my career as n internal auditor with the biggest Iron and Steel manufacturer in South Africa. Promotion moved me to systems coordinator where I was able to grow into a business analyst role. Armscor was the next step in the role of Financial Manager. When Armscor closed the business I continued as an ERP consultant and was privileged to work in the USA, UK, NL for rather big companies where I progressed to project manager for a number of years. As a family with two children ready to start school, we returned to South Africa where I continues Project Management and started with Meridium that developed APM software. As IT implementation project manager in South Africa I was part of the merger with GE until 2019.
