Founded in 2008, Top Resorts is a privately-held Romanian company with operations in the touristic domain. Top Resorts’ mission is to identify and exploit the unexplored areas in Romania, in order to develop touristic projects integrated in nature. The company’s first project, Atra Doftana, is based on the internationally recognized avant-garde concept called “Design Hotel”. Doftanei Valley is one of the important ethnographic regions in Romania and it is also known for the merit of keeping traditions and customs unchanged over decades, as well as for the exceptional weather – this being the region of the country with the most sunny days per year.
