Top4flexo was founded in 2015. A group of enthusiastic printers joined forces and began developing their own seals.
They already had enough overpriced products built on good marketing only.
A quality seal is an essential and basic part for long and trouble-free operation of the machine. It's time to change something! It began to invent and test. The basic question is how? Cut? Tear? Mow? What material? Soft? Hard? The first attempts were a bad, massive ink leaking from the chamber. After short time, we found the right direction and the result is a seal which is cutted with a water jet for brilliant accuracy. Into each piece is milled groove, into which a sliding reinforcing insert is manually glued, which serves as a slight support against the anilox rollers. Full hand made.In a short time, our seal has become a hit among printers around the world. We now produce seals for all kind of flexographic printing machines with a CI. The price of our seal compared to the competition is absolutely ridiculous. And this is exactly what we want to follow.
