We started TOPJAW, the food & travel brand, in 2015 and over the past 9 years we have filmed in thousands of restaurants around the world meeting the chefs and owners of every single one. From 2* Michelin restaurants in New York to street food vendors in Bangkok, we have taken the time to learn the story and consume the food of each one.
