Whether you're throwing a holiday party or birthday celebration, or you just want to have a dinner party but you'd rather someone else did the cooking, I'm here for you! I can cook anything from gourmet meals to the least healthy thing you can think of. And I am a master of desserts. I have a Catering Menu with items I'm very comfortable cooking and think would be great for various events, but you can also make whatever request you like and I'll do my best to meet it. Included with my services are samples of two Doerfler signature items: Mom's Dressing, an Italian style tangy dressing great as a marinade, sandwich condiment and salad dressing, and Hungus Sauce, a very spicy wing sauce that's mouth-watering and perfect on chicken tenders, pizza, popcorn and more!
