Since 1959, we have been meticulously preserving the corn and cotton of our farmers, providing superior quality raw materials to the food and textile industries. Our mission is to contribute to our farmers by supporting the sustainability of agriculture, while also offering our customers reliable and high-quality products. With our extensive experience spanning many years, we take pride in contributing to the growth of agriculture and industry. Toprak Tarım, home to Turkey's most modern gin facilities, plays a pioneering role in the production of high-quality and clean cotton fibers. With 321 machine-operated gin sections in our facilities located in the Çukurova region, equipped with Sawgin bulk cleaning machines, we go beyond Sawgin standards to produce premium cotton fibers. Additionally, we seamlessly combine components of Sawgin technology such as the Tower Dryer, Inclined Cleraner, Trashmaster, Stick Machine, Feeder, and Lint Cleaner with Rollergin to provide the Turkish textile industry with the highest quality and cleanest long fibers. We process and clean 800 tons of seed cotton daily to deliver the best quality. Furthermore, we produce approximately 1300 bales of high-quality cotton daily from 320 tons of seedless cotton. With these statistics, we take pride in being the largest-capacity rollergin cotton facility in Europe. In Toprak Tarım's five different facilities located in Çukurova, we also handle corn procurement with a total storage area of 53,000 square meters. With 200,000 tons capacity 'Long-Term Corn Storage Warehouses,' Toprak Tarım boasts the largest capacity in Europe, unloading 20,000 tons of corn daily and drying 6,000 tons. Our facilities can fill all storage spaces in about 10 days with this capacity. We ensure that Çukurova's finest corn is stored in these facilities, equipped with all the necessary ventilation equipment, allowing products to remain healthy for up to three years.
