Born out of circumstances of skill shortage in the New Zealand Construction Industry, Top View Construction was formed to provide qualified, dependable, and experienced trade services to the construction industry and delivery all projects to their highest Quality for the client. Our Management team resources combine various professional project Manger, Quantity surveyors, and expertise in Site management skills. Our team is resourced and also includes 38 members full-time carpenters comprising both qualified and experienced licensed and registered master builder practitioners.
